The challenge

A health food chef and workout fanatic, Seamus needs a functional and comfortable short that performs day after day, so we had him put the Interval Short to the test in a workout designed to test its limits.

Warmup:

• 5 Good Mornings

• 10 Air Squats

• 10 Jumping Lunges

• 10 Inchworms

• 5 Inchworms

Conditioning: 20, 19, 18…alternating:

• Burpees

• V-Ups

 

Conditioning (three rounds):

• 50 Meter Sprint

• 25 Push-ups

• 50 Air Squats

Surf (1 hour)
