Warmup:

• 1 Minute Row

• 15 Air Squats

• 10 Shoulder Rolls

• 5 Inchworms

With an Empty Barbell:

• Front Rack Stretch

• 10 Muscle Cleans

• 10 Front Squats

• 10 Hang Squat Cleans

• 10 Squat Cleans

Main Set:

• 20 Calorie Row

• 15 GHD Sit-ups

• 10-8-6 Squat Cleans

Cashout:

• 10 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows (Each Arm)

• 15-20 Dips
