The challenge
The Session Short is built to fade away. With a shell weight of 124 GSM, it has been stripped down to the essentials to ensure ultra lightness for endurance training, get out of the way and let the hard work do the talking. To put our most featherweight short to the test, we built a brutal workout for Mark to complete in our Session Short.
Warmup:
• 20 Minutes of Easy Running
• 6-8x 100m Strides
• Dynamic Stretching
Main Set 1:
• 3-4x 2,000m at 5k race pace with 3 minutes of easy jogging in between each repeat for recovery
Main Set 2 (5 Rounds):
• 300m Run
• 10x Burpee-to-Broad Jumps
• 15x V-Ups
• 20x Air Squat
• 20x Box Jumps
The Verdict
LIGHTWEIGHT AND SUPPORTIVE
“The Session Short is supportive, but it doesn't hamper my range of motion. As I progress into my run, it starts to disappear and allows me to run freely without feeling weighed down or limited in any way.”
