WARM UP:
- 10-minute run (including various sprints and jumps)
- 2 x 5 Wall squat
- 2 x 20 Squat

- 8 sets of 3 jump squats at 30% bodyweight
Rest 90 seconds between each
MAIN SET:
- 6 sets of 2 deadlifts at 85% 1RM (Bobby uses 525 - 555lbs depending on the day)
- Chase each set of deadlifts with a 20-40 yard sprint
FINISHER 1:
