Lifetime Guarantee

Lifetime is considered the practical lifespan of a product. This is defined as the usual wearable life of the product. This does not mean your lifetime or a time that is indefinite. Products and materials will break down over time.

Owing to the demanding conditions athletic wear endures, our products typically have a lifespan of 2 years, however, our customer service team retains the authority to decline warranty claims at their discretion.

• Products not purchased directly from Ten Thousand (tenthousand.cc or canada.tenthousand.cc) or an authorized retailer

• Products showing excessive wear or third-party alterations

• Products showing damage from improper care (including animal damage, disregarding product care instructions, accidents, etc.)

• Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to the product’s performance (including weight loss, financial hardship, etc.)

Kindly note that our customer service team reserves the right to reject warranty claims based on various factors, including but not limited to the misuse of the warranty process, submission of multiple claims per original product, failure to comply with warranty conditions, and the provision of incomplete or inaccurate information during the claim submission.

Once our team has reviewed your claim and determined that the product qualifies for warranty coverage, we can provide a replacement, store credit, or refund within 6 months from the initial purchase date. After the 6-month period we can offer a replacement or store credit.

Yes, we do require that if the product was purchased through us directly that an order number with an associated name is provided in order to pull up the confirmation or proof of purchase / receipt from an authorized retailer be provided. 

No, any products that were purchased through a sale, discounted or marked as final sale are not covered under the lifetime guarantee.
